Here are the easy and quick 3 steps you can take, which can fix your connectivity issue in majority cases.
- Connect to your WiFi Router direct with computer cable, bypassing the WiFi. Does the Internet work? If yes - see our WiFi troubleshooting section. If no, continue with Steps 2 and 3 below.
- Reboot both your WiFi Router and Computer
- What Is the NBN Box light, is Optic (Fibre) light and UID-D1 light still green? Can you reboot the NBN NTU box? Do if you can.
