There are a number of ways to pay your Spirit bill – choose one that best suits you. Each of these methods is outlined on your bill, in a section at the bottom of the first page. For your convenience, we'll outline them here, as well.
Direct Debit is by far the easiest and most cost-effective way to pay your bills with Spirit. The benefits are:
- Set and forget. Cancel anytime.
- Never pay late payment fees. Late payment fee is 5% of your total invoice if paid after the due date.
- Direct Debit with Visa and Mastercard are surcharge-free. Amex is 1.9%
Setting up Direct Debit is easy and quick - apply by filling the DD form here.
Go to www.spirit.com.au and follow the 'Pay Bill' link from the top menu bar. You will be asked to log in with your account number and password. If you can't locate or recall your password, just follow the 'Forgot Password' link, provide your account number and we'll resend your password to your account registered email address.
Spirit accepts multiple types of credit cards and there are no credit card surcharges. We accept:

VIA PHONE (24 Hours)
Call 1300 007 001 and listen to our menu for the Pay By Phone option. Payments will appear on your account by the end of the next day. See the credit card surcharge details under Credit Cards section.
For instructions on how to make BPAY payments, please contact your bank. BPAY payments can take up to 3 business days to complete, so make sure you are pay with enough notice to avoid any late payment fees.
Pay by Mail
On the reverse of your bill, you will see a small slip containing sections for a credit card or cheque information. You can pay by Visa, Mastercard, American Express. Simply fill in the required information, making the slip (and cheque, if applicable), payable to 'Spirit Telecom (Australia) Pty Ltd'.
