If you're unable to connect to Spirit Internet service please try these troubleshooting steps.
STEP 1 - Check the Spirit network status in your area
Check if there is a known problem with the Spirit Network in your area. You can check here. If we've posted about a current outage and it relates to your area - continue to monitor the service status for a resolution or further updates.
STEP 2 - Restart your WiFi Router and your device (computer/laptop/iPad, etc)
Remove the power cable from the back of your modem for 10 seconds, then plug it back in. After approximately 2 minutes the lights on the modem should be stable. Also please restart the device you are accessing the Internet on.
STEP 3 - Bypass WiFi
Check if you can access the Internet while connected to the WiFi router directly via network cable. Connect your device directly to the wall socket where the WiFi Router was connecting before. Ensure the LAN Ethernet network card is enabled and the network settings are set to automatically get an IP address (DHCP on).
Open up your favourite internet browser (Chrome, Firefox, etc). You should be automatically redirected to the Spirit network login page. If not, try typing in https://myaccount.spirit.com.au/login
